NBA Must Announce a Local Streaming Plan for All 13 FanDuel Teams Before April Shutdown

FanDuel Sports Network goes dark in mid-April 2026, and 13 NBA teams have no confirmed local broadcast plan for next season. Fans of the Bucks, Pacers, Heat, Clippers, and nine others deserve to know where their team will be before tip-off in October — not after. The NBA has the resources and the urgency. It just hasn't made a public commitment.

Background

Main Street Sports Group confirmed it will shutter FanDuel Sports Networks after the NBA and NHL regular seasons end in April 2026. The NBA is planning a centralized streaming platform that could launch as early as 2026-27, but no pricing, platform, or launch date has been announced. Sports Business Journal reported the collapse has created "urgency" — yet fans are still in the dark.

The Ask

By April 15, 2026, announce the confirmed streaming platform, monthly price, and free over-the-air broadcast option for all 13 FanDuel-affected teams ahead of next season.
